  • I always encourage families to come in and observe the classroom setting. This makes the learning more fun and in fact is how I became a teacher.

  • The classroom is expected to run on its own with me being a facilitator. My goal is to create and develop independent learners who takes control of their own learning journey.

  • After doing this for some time, the classroom is always in need of funds for snacks and other miscellaneous needs for the students.

  • I will grade 2-3 assignments per week for each subject (math, ELA, writing). I will grade 1-2 assignments per week in science.
